SMART Project Space is een uniek internationaal platform voor culturele productie en presentatie dat in 1994 werd opgericht en sinds 2005 is gehuisvest in het voormalig Pathologisch Anatomisch Laboratorium op het Wilhelmina Gasthuisterrein in Amsterdam. SMART Project Space heeft hiervoor een innovatief concept ontwikkeld waarin de verschillende platforms elkaar zowel artistiek inhoudelijk als financieel onderbouwen en versterken.
Met een dynamisch programma van tentoonstellingen en een dagelijks programma van film screenings, (sound)performances, concerten van experimentele elektronische en akoestische muziek, optredens en evenementen, lezingen en debatten, biedt SMART Project Space een krachtige mix van intellect en radicaal denken, gevoel en passie, innovatie en creativiteit.
